I’ve been a regular customer at this shop for a while now, and while I appreciate the convenience and selection, I feel compelled to share some feedback to help improve the experience. First, every time I walk in, the greeting is rushed and transactional—“What can I get you?” While I understand the intention might be to assist quickly, it feels impersonal and doesn’t create the welcoming atmosphere you’d expect when walking into a community-focused shop. A more customer-friendly introduction, such as “Welcome! Let me know if you have any questions or need assistance,” would go a long way in making the experience more inviting. Second, I’ve noticed a lack of depth in the knowledge shared about the products, especially when it comes to kratom. Customers who use kratom often rely on accurate information to make informed choices about their health and preferences. Statements like “our house blends are just old stuff mixed together, which is why they’re so cheap” not only feel dismissive but also make the product appear low-quality. If that’s the case, it might be worth reconsidering how these blends are presented—or ensuring staff are trained to discuss them with more care and professionalism. I’m sharing this feedback because I enjoy supporting this shop and want to see it thrive. Small changes to improve customer interactions and product knowledge would make a huge difference in creating a more positive and trustworthy shopping experience.

As for my overall experience in more detail; From my initial phone call to ask some questions before coming in for the first time, all the way to me walking out their door, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the guys working at the shop was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and simply kind & that's to say the least. Cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff are wonderful. They definitely know they're kratom and are always patient and willing to answer questions or give suggestions to help you find what's best for your needs. Tyler has been particularly helpful on a couple occasions and I really appreciate that. Just about the best shop for kratom and they also have a lot of great smoking accessories as well. Great shop all around!

I love this place! After living over here for several my months (and hitting lots of "Kratom" ships) this place is, hands down, the best Kratom shop in Aurora. Everyone here is super amazing but Ty (long haired casher, little heavier set) is the shit! Dude knows his Kratom, he's a walking encyclopedia for Kratom.. he helps me choose exactly what I want ever time I'm there! Best Kratom Bro around!!! Love this place so dang much!!!!
