Am having a similar (unresponsive) experience with their customer service - the issue for me is that the tip of the glass dropper for the CBD oil was broken (!) - not sure if that means there's broken glass in the CBD oil but definitely not touching it...has anyone else had a similar experience? I'm surprised that their customer service has been so unresponsive about this issue.

Product is great. Processing an address change was unsuccessful and my order was delivered to the wrong address. Attempts to reach someone via their ph# and web format have been unsuccessful for a full week (2 voice & 2 web forms). I don't know if they are swamped or if there is no one there? Disappointed because their formula really works for my dogs and we've just undergone a major life change.
Like I said product is great.

Absolute worst customer service. Over charged me for an order I never received cool. THEN THE ORDER I DID RECEIVE was an empty bottle lol. After trying to get back my $100 they locked me out of my account :) save your time and money order from literally anyone else.

I'm reviewing their customer service, not the product. I received a broken bottle of tincture. I still have the envelope and broken glass in a plastic bag. I wrote to them for a replacement. I sent pictures. I've written about 8 emails to them requesting a replacement. They're ignoring me. All I want is a replacement. I've ordered many times. I've referred over 20 people who placed orders. Balance CBD treats good clients horribly. I also received CBD isolate with a broken lid that was stripped and just kept spinning around and around. I asked for a refund because 1) it's broken 2) product fell out. They ignored me. I wrote about 6 emails. I don't know how this company stays in business with such awful customer service. These are such easy fixes.

I placed a large order, over $500 in July and received the products. I set it up as a recurring monthly order. August, my card was charged and I never received products. September my card was charged and I never received the products. I made NUMEROUS attempts to contact them via phone (which never gets answered and you just have to leave a vm) and by email. No one responded to me.
I had to call my credit card to file a dispute and get them to put a stop on any further charges. Thankfully my cc company also refunded me the over $1000 that I had been billed and not received any product for. I will never deal with or recommend this company.
