Cassey at the Alexandria location was AMAZING! She took the time to help me understand the strains and even printed a chart to help me navigate their products after. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a good dispensary, this is the one!

I am an old hippie and am not used to being able to go into a store and ‘shop’ for what I need. Stephen was a terrific help in navigating the website. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I am so fortunate to have the Beyond Hello Alexandria Dispensary nearby--almost within walking distance from home. I'm always greeted with a smile, and treated as if I'm the only person making a purchase, when, in fact, there are soooo many ahead of me. Quality, affordable products, excellent customer service....the only thing missing from this review is a six-star rating, but five stars will do for now.

I don’t know the young lady name that works the cashier, but every time I’ve made perches from the store and she’s there. She makes my shopping experience very easy.The times I’ve been in the store she’s always friendly and respectful to the customers l’ve seen her interact with.
