I've always had a great experience with ordering, shipping and customer service. I roll my husband's cigarettes and this website saves hundreds! Order is always right and I've never had smashed tubes. Which is a big deal, iykyk. If you're not getting tracking numbers that is the fault of the shipping company. Not the business. Shipping usually takes 5/6 days from order to delivery.

I think BNB stands for "Backorder n Backorder". This place is the absolute WORST to buy your tobacco needs from! So many of the products are actually out of stock and "backordered" with no indication of this on their website, and you don't find out until days after you placed your order when you get an email that it's delayed with no ETA on when it will be ready. I order every two weeks like clockwork and decided to give them a chance regardless of the bad reviews because they have a rewards program and carry the products I typically buy, but the bad reviews were true and dealing with them just isn't worth the hassle. I didn't even last more than a month ordering from them until 2 out of 4 items I've tried to purchase were out of stock. I will never be purchasing from this place again and going back to using the other shops I've used and never had this problem with. Do yourself a favor and order from one of the many other online shops that actually care about fulfilling their customers orders, instead of selling goods that they don't even have in stock and wasting their customers time like this place does.

They don't update the website, take your money then tell you to wait until they get the product on stock. After a few phone calls, I tried to substitute an order of 6 cartons to an other type of 6 cartons. they sent me 1. After multiple phone call, I got my money back minus the shipping and the 1 product I didn't agree on. I would have wanted my money back right away instead waiting 2 weeks and being charged with the $12.99 shipping on 1 item. The customer service is nice, but completely useless. I'll never order again.

The products are great and good quality. And there's plenty of things to choose from. And they are nicely priced. The only thing I would say that was bad was with the shipping It is a very slow process. So if you want something now I go to a store and then buy from BNB Tobacco It will be Sometime before you get it. Other than the shipping I have no complaints they are awesome and the service department is great.

I've ordered from BNB tobacco a number of times. I have learned you cannot depend on them shipping it quickly. You're also better to call to place your order or you'll never know if something is out of stock. Their website does not show items are out of stock. Their customer service is super friendly and helpful. I will be using a different company next time to see if it's more dependable. I'm willing to pay a bit more for dependable service.
