I was looking to purchase a new mod after my old one broke and I looked up this place via google maps. I saw this new place and was intrigued. When I walked in they had a decent selection; the sales associate mentioned she was new abs apologized when I asked her what devices worked best. I understand new employees but I found it strange that she was left alone to tend to customers with limited knowledge of the products as opposed to having a manager or supervisor present for guide her. She sold me the wrong coils for my new devices which didn't power very well. The coil I had burnt put quickly and I returned to the store to purchase more. Again, there was another employee who didn't know any of the products or recognized the device I bought. After going through many coils the store didn't have didn't have what I needed. The staff is poorly trained and their knowledge limited. I do not blame the employees, they are new and everyone has to start somewhere but there should at least be a supervisor present to assist with questions and mentor the new staff so they are not grasping in the dark.

Great people here. Everyone is really cool and nice and knowledgeable about everything they sell. Great selection too and always restocking as soon as something runs out.

As a new vape and still learning I won’t go back. Wasn’t to informative. Prices were outrageous! I wanted a mod set up specifically the vaporesso gen 200 and they wanted over double the amount you pay for them online! I ended up buying my kit at another store for $70 verses $150ish! But if you know what your doing and don’t mind spending extra money I would think this store is fine.

This place is amazing the variety the owner his employees, I mean your definitely in safe spacesnd you know and feel it, I love the care rhat they use when recommending product its. Not just the sale for them anyways come check these guys out they are the 1 and only place for me.
