Reviews
I go at least monthly to this pharmacy. All the pharmacists are super helpful when I have questions. Today was no different. Wish I remember today’s pharmacist’s name. She was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. And provided service with a smile. That is always also the case when Chris, a tall male pharm tech, helps me when I pick up my prescriptions.

If you were there just to pick up medication, you would probably not encounter any issues, but if you had a question about your prescription or needed some help reaching out to your provider, well, then here's where the issues lie. The pharmacy technician at the register was super friendly. However, the pharmacy technician at the drop-off counter was super unprofessional. Rolling your eyes and talking back to the customer was unwarranted. I didn't do anything except ask a question about the prescription and whether the quantity could be changed. So, what I did to warrant this attitude is beyond me. I did talk to the pharmacy manager, but the damage done by your staff has already been done. No apology in the world can make me feel better about the situation as your technician rudely rolled her eyes and talked back to me for something I innocently asked. Your pharmacy was not busy at this time so you couldn't justify this type of behavior.

They have horrible service, it takes so long for anyone to answer your call. When they do answer, you're put on long hold, employees are short, rude, talk over you and reluctant to help especially when prescription is out of stock or needs transfer. If you work for a pharmacy and deal with sick people, patience and compassion should be a must. How about focusing and training on that?

Pharmacist Ju Le more focused on her lunch break that was still 16 minutes away than helping a customer get her much needed prescription, had to show her my phone that it wasnt her break yet and even when we were done getting our meds, 6 minutes still remained to her break. Need to pay more attention to clients than lunch break, am thinking of moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Nimitz Kitongan is the manager 3981 Irvine Blvd.
He is the most unprofessional manager to treat the client when I am inquiring about my prescription. He was trying to fight with me instead of communicating with me. He used inappropriate words and a bad body language.
He mentioned that because he is the manager and even I complained, nothing will be resolved. And he also mentioned “Do not returned this pharmacy’
The worst experience!!
