Just got home from picking up medication. Stood in line for almost 20 minutes. 4 Technicians, 3 groups in line (myself included), and one group standing at the consultation counter. Consultation counter group had to say hello to get acknowledged. And Pharmacist was too busy chatting about nonsense with an older colleague to notice the line. All but one technician noticed the line and started helping us. Car pickup had three cars going through before we got our medication! Pharmacist finally opened a second line up and told the guy before us it would be 20-30 minutes before he could pick it up when he'd been there longer than us! Literally took two minutes once we got up there. Unbelievable

I am very dissatisfied with CVS. They incorrectly filled a perscription order, they don't understand how their own app works, they do not greet customers upon their arrival, they do not understand questions when asked due to not speaking American English or understanding american idiom. The will not answer the phone at all. I woder if CVS plans to remedy their poor service, but doubt it.

If you need to speak with anyone here good luck. 97 minutes on hold no one ever even answered to tell me they’d help me asap or anything. When you go into the pharmacy you can easily see 2-3 woman standing still doing nothing so I can’t comprehend how they have 2 fill techs, a tech at the counter (and he’s always rude) and a tech at drive through while the pharmacist is verifying scripts. What are the others doing at that point? And the tall dark haired pharmacist is rude as hell. The only saving grace is the dirty blonde Pharmacist who I believe is the pharmacy manager. Literally only reason I still go to this CVS.

In Sept 2023, they didn't have the medicine that's been ordered by the Doctor and was informed that they're waiting for the supply and will be ready the next week. Went there the next week, nothing. Three Weeks gone by, same story. And i had to go to another CVS. Now, Dec 2023, went there again after visitting the Doctor and guess what, they still don't have the medcine. Shut it down, ffs.

Must be a CVS thing because they don't answer the phones here either. Do yourself a favor and use Kroger or Meijer pharmacy
