Dead End Smoke Shop + Glass + Kratom + CBD + Delta 8

I love this place. I got a couple of items and brook was so nice and helpful with every question I had. The items I got were so good and honestly it was the best experience I’ve had in a smoke shop.

This place has the worst manager ever. I went in and asked for CBD gummies and said I specifically don’t want anything with THC as I don’t like that feeling. The guy was very nice but he gave me a product that had THC in it. I did not know that until I took it and had a really bad reaction. Felt like I couldn’t see and had very bad anxiety. I called to tell them the story and the girl Melanie who answered was very nice but said her boss would not do anything about it but offer a $5 discount if I want to purchase another bottle?!?! I found that to be completely absurd. If a customer had a terrible experience taking a product from your store that did not contain the correct ingredients they asked for, then the least they could do is offer a refund or to trade in the gummies for CBD ones. The manager must really not care about her customers and I find that to be sad. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Here’s a picture of the product. The manager should be ashamed.

Yeah don’t shop here. I bought a grinder from here the other day for $25. I only had it for three days and it broke. So I brought it in to see if maybe they could fix it or swap it out for a new one of equal or lesser value. They wouldn’t do any of this. They just told me all sales are final and that I should’ve brought it back the same day. But mind you, it didn’t break the first day. It broke today, three days later. My thing is, if all sales are final, then maybe make that clearer. Have a sign, or perhaps tell your customers before they waste their hard earned money on something that doesn’t even work properly. Most places have a 30 day return policy. It had been three days. They didn’t even offer to sell me a new one at a discount. So yeah don’t go here cuz if you buy something that doesn’t work, you’re gonna be stuck with it, and your money goes right down the drain. Might I recommend East & West in Union City? They’ve been around since the 70s and they take care of their customers. I went in there afterwards to buy another grinder. I asked the people there what their return policy was, and followed up by telling them about what happened here. They told me typically their policy is that all sales are final (and they actually have a sign that says so in the front of the store) but that if something like that happened, they’d be willing to swap it out for a new one. Now THAT’S how you treat a customer. That’s why they’ve been thriving since the 70s. They even agreed that the way the people at this store handled my situation was messed up and not right. So save yourself the headache.

Thus store has many various items to choose from , which is a nice change from the usual you find at most smoke shops. The staff-so so-not too friendly or helpful. Location is decent -little tough to locate as it’s around the corner from Aldi. I would go back because of the variety of items they sell.
