I love this location. Great customer service! Gas is always fire!

I love this location and really Love Budtender Eric as well as a few others, so for the most part great service and product . However , today was my second time experiencing major disrespect by a young white male budtender. I’m a 63 years old black woman and being referred to multiple times as “Bro” and being told “ I don’t have to serve you “ because I questioned your product knowledge after allowing me to make a purchase and then see a better deal ; was totally disrespectful . Never cursed , never raised my voice but he felt a need to exert his power and threaten not to serve me, unacceptable !! I also respect the manager but I question if this is truly being addressed because these young men are very comfortable being cocky and disrespectful even in her presence.

Update: There mid to upper tier flower has really fallen off. I realize I'm buying year old weed, but it shouldn't be filled with kernels or completely lacking in potency. People are still great there and if you're looking for bulk this is your place First time at Floyd's and I was impressed. Killer mid-tier/top shelf eighth for $14 out the door. Friendly and efficient service. Ambiance isn't the greatest due to the area but who cares, I'm there to buy weed.
