So like most here I ordered off of Groupon, I did a little research after I had already ordered and saw that a few people said that email was the best way to contact them. After I contacted them they sent me a confirmation email saying it would take 3-5 business days and if I didn’t get a tracking number to reach out again, which I did and immediately was given a tracking number. Now 3 days after the tracking number was sent to me my package arrived and I’m happy with my purchase! Great company, will buy again. That are very responsive, It just takes a little patience and communication.

Started out with a Groupon but our relationship has gone even further than that. My favorite part about this company, well... it's their products! (And prices). But a close second: their customer service. They will text you and make sure everything about your order is correct before shipping. I accidentally added an unwanted item to my cart when I checked out last week but Josephine was on it and made sure I was only ordering what I wanted. Great job handling customers' orders! And always fast shipping too (with tracking info! I love that).

I placed an order on July 14, and never heard back from them, so today July 19 I called them and got to talk to Nathan who was supper nice and explained that they were moving so that's why they were a little behind on the orders, he intermediately called the warehouse, upgraded my order and sent me the tracking number and shipping confirmation. I will definitely keep ordering from them and recommend to all my friends. Good Work guys! Customer service is the highly important to have a successful business and you were great. Thanks!!!!

Hello! I most definitely would use again. I found them through groupon and somehow my order wasn't processed or incorrect. 2 min phone call and I had a tracking info for my purchase and faster shipping. Meanwhile I was just trying to find my order. 😁Customer service was awesome. Thank you!

My order wasn't shipping according to the website so I called customer service. The gentleman that took my call was incredibly helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my replacement order and explained why my shipment was on backorder. Highly recommend for their customer service skills alone!
