Don’t shop at Kroger much, but have never had an issue.. hubby went and got flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. They made my flowers into a beautiful bouquet with a vase and everything, and as it is really beautiful, it’s barely the next day and 3 flowers have completely wilted already. 😩 and the strawberries were soggy/mushy and tasted like they had been sitting for days.. 😵‍💫 we know not to go here for things like this next time!

Last three times I've shopped here I've been talked to by front end employees like I'm an idiot. Once is a fluke, twice is a problem, three times is 100% on Kroger's end. Try another location.

There is a lady that supervises the front end, she marches around in a dictator fashion, barking orders at staff and customers alike. It fills me with an uncomfortable enjoyment, exquisitely embarrassing. Her level of anger at this poor staff is menacing. I'm just waiting for to scream "No soup the for you, get out". Don't go when she is working.

This Kroger pharmacy is amazing. They are always welcoming and know what I need. If you have questions, someone is always available, and I can not praise the staff here enough. The store itself is a little older, but it is still always easy to find what I am looking for. It's always a great selection of fresh baked goods, fresh meat, and seafood, and organized well. My biggest co.plaint of this location is the parking lot, and it's set up. It could be better and have a better flow.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Consistently the absolute worst Kroger in the area, by far. In there multiple days a week, every week, and the produce is always almost completely bare. The bakery is a joke, with almost always nothing stocked. Went today and there was not a single loaf of bakery bread available. You would think with the volume this store gets, they would be able to maintain inventory to at least have a single loaf of bread available. Meat selection is consistently within 2-3 days of expiration. This store is consistently out of stock of primary food items and only ever seems to be stocked with random selections that nobody is buying anyways. On top of that, the customer service is absolutely wild. The “veteran” employees are rude as hell and never seem to want to be useful in any type of way, and the kid employees are like deer lost in headlights when it comes to simple assistance. Compared to the new Bargersville location, I have no idea how this place is still in business other than the sheer convenience of location. Will only ever be stopping here for absolute grocery emergencies from now on.
