Great customer service make sure tonask for kurby

Worst customer care over the phone I’ve ever received. Received a beautiful catalog and was hoping to use them as a new wholesaler. They answered the phone “yeah” asked them if they were a business they responded “yeah” I asked about other things “yeah” was the only response I got. Even when I asked how u was supposed to trust them and they didn’t seem repeatable. they said “yeah” I’m completely baffled.

Completely incomptent people that work there, poor services and do not provide clear instructions to process your order. In addition, their outrageous prices are over the top. I know you guys want to make money but making more than 300% of the profit is insane especially everyone is suffering during this panedmic period. Please spare us !
