Stay away from this company! I received my initial order quickly, but it was incorrect. Wrong medication and wrong dosage. I was assigned four different "customer service representatives" and yet I only received any type of actual correspondence from the first one. She said "I'll talk with my boss". That's the last I heard from her. I was then passed to three more customer service reps and all I could get from them was the initial "I'm your customer service rep". It is now 9/8/25 and I still don't have the correct order. I'm filing complaints with BBB and writing reviews everywhere in order to try to warn people about this company. I should have read more reviews. I can probably kiss my $199.00 goodbye. I have asked them for a refund and to cancel my medication. Crickets.

Absolutely horrible experience with Multimed Rx. Signed up to receive Tirzepitide. Within minutes of signup, my credit card was charged and three signer “agreements” were generated without my ever reviewing or executing the agreements. In addition, the agreements contain language that the charges would be at least $100 a month extra to account for office visits via telehealth and another administrative of charges. This was never disclosed. I immediately called and sent emails to Customer Service to exit the program. Over the course of the next week, I received at least 10 text messages from five different “care coordinators” - None of them appeared to be real people. I finally spoke to someone in the office after multiple attempts, and they assured me that I was exited from the program. I then received a series of texts that my dosage was finalized without ever speaking to or corresponding with a clinician, and that my order was shipped through USPS. They even gave a tracking number. A week and a half later, a month supply of medication arrived in my mailbox, with a hot “cold pack”, with medication that was clearly spoiled after sitting in hot trucks and mailboxes for multiple days. Do not use this company for pharmaceutical or weight loss needs.

Sent the wrong medicine and it wasn't shipped with a cold pack! It's unusable and I've called them 5 times for a refund and keep getting the run around!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an online Pharmacy! They disappear from any communication after the initial application, send emails with no contact information or company name, DO NOT respond to emails sent to them, the phone rings and rings and rings with No one answering it… They state at the website cancelation is easy, just send an email however no response has been received by me after numerous attempts to communicate. Can’t call, can’t text (no response there either,) never talked with a provider. The list of problems goes on and on! To top it off, I stated what my current dosage of Tirzepatide is which was the highest dose, never approved a purchase (like I said, never talked with a provider there) chatted with someone online and took a screenshot of them acknowledging I wanted to cancel all avenues of communication including not wanting anything shipped to me, no membership and no charges. HOWEVER, I was charged right away before approving anything, was shipped the lowest dose of Tirzepatide which states should be refrigerated but came hot, and delivered to the mail box of all things in the TX heat. I mean what else can I say? This is a phony company, who knows what they are shipping and the medication is not preserved properly. These are serious problems!

They do things a little different than the other places, but I have to say, it's A LOT better!! The way they do things is more secure and I absolutely loved how they scan your license, that's DEFINITELY state of the art technology!!👍👍👍 You wait to be called in the waiting area, and they call out your birth date. ALL the employees are AWESOME!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, fun and helpful! This is definitely a more relaxed atmosphere. You can order online and the prices are cheaper and the quality is still there! They also offer daily specials which makes the prices even more appealing and more affordable. It is definitely WELL WORTH the trip here! I personally do not smoke Marijuana but my 22 year old son does, and he says the products are "gas"👍👍👍 They also have more to choose from now. Sign up for the "rewards" points and once you've collected enough points, you will get even more savings! And I suggest rounding off to the nearest dollar, it DOES support a worth while cause!! All the employees are AWESOME! MPX gets better and better! My most recent vist with Micheal was AWESOME!! He ALWAYS has a smile and a warm welcome!! He answered my question clearly! 👍👍👍 All the employees are great! I go there weekly and everyone ALWAYS has a smile and a warm welcome!! The selection has grown as well. This place just gets better and better!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Decided to stop on the way back from the shore. The loyalty program is really great. One of the best I’ve seen. Alexis was great and made sure I took advantage of my points and was very informative as well as just nice to talk to. Great place and very clean. They said the wait would be 25 mins and it was only 12.

The people here are incredible. MPX does have the best concentrates and rotating deals in the area i believe, but the service makes it special. Connor seems to be here all the time and is constantly helpful with recommendations and consultations. Highly recommend for variety price and experience

This dispensary is great. It was my first time there and I had a good experience. I will definitely be back. Michael helped me and was awesome. He took his time and helped me find the product that would be the best for me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The store is very clean and nicely decorated. Thank you!

Prices were good here so decided to place an order. I've been to several dispensaries in NJ but this was the first that had a waiting room and you were called by name to get your order/place order. A little weird but the door person and front desk person were great and friendly. I wasnt a fan of my budtender but maybe they weren't invested in me because I already placed an order. I felt rushed, they only asked me if this was my first time and asked if I had rewards.... Idk I've been to other dispensaries where they are very friendly and want to tell you all of the perks for going to their shop but whatever... If this place has the strain you're looking for and the price is right than I suggest checking out. If you're looking for a helpful budtender I'd try another dispensary. Also tried to rate them a 3 on their website and it wouldn't allow me to change it from 5 stars so...
