After making a purchase I asked to use the restroom, since it’s locked, and was told I can’t bring bags into the restroom. I had my laptop bag with me from traveling and they said I’d have to leave it with security, after I came out of the restroom I asked security for my bag and they pointed me across the store where my bag was left unattended. Very unpleasant people to deal with. Only the employee behind the register was pleasant to deal with. Please fix your policies

Ill try to keep this short, helpful and informative. DO NOT BUY Seeds without sprouting them and if you care about your health stay away from powdered seed products. As consumers there is a honor system we trust in when purchasing organic products. The only recourse we truly have when purchasing seeds to actually determine their nutrition and life giving properties is to sprout them and that still wont tell you with any level of precision but that is the best option we have.
I ordered milk thistle seeds here and they had a 0% percent sprouting success rate. They are essentially counterfeit seeds. I asked for a return after stating the issue. The office manager frank junod went sidestepped my concerns by attempting to gaslight me into taking blame for their lack of quality control because i somehow did not recognize they are not a seed company. I had to intellectual assault him with the literal definition of a seed for him to give me a refund but still did not take full accountability and did not return my shipping fees. No one should have to fight for their money back after being sold counterfeit products. Shows their true character at this company. Again learn from me, sprout all your seeds on your health journey, (peanuts, corn, wheat, grains, beans, chickpeas, lentils) you will be surprised at the level of counterfeit and poorly grown foods out here. Quality wont get better if all of us as consumers dont demand more. File disputes with your credit cards if they act like this company did. Frank would have stolen my funds had I not had the will, determination and intellectual capacity to slap him around verbally. He is the snake mentality that needs to be ousted from the health and medical industry. Stay vigilant its a deceptive world.

NO LOCAL NUMBER POSTED TO CALL THE SPRING GARDEN STORE DIRECTLY BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE. I've been there before and I'm not able to find an old receipt to locate their telephone number, if on their receipt. But every time I was in the store, they received calls from customers, so I know there's a telephone in that store. On Google, the only number available is the main office up in Northeast, and closed on Saturdays. We're not in a pandemic. Not helpful at all! Inconvenient! Not visiting!

Penn Herbs: Herb Haven in the City
I stopped by Penn Herbs today and was blown away by their incredible selection of herbs! I was searching for a specific one and not only did they have it, but they had a ton of other options I didn't even know existed. The staff is super helpful and clearly knows their stuff.
If you're into herbs or looking for something natural to try, this is your place. They also have a great assortment of healthy foods. The only downside is parking, so be prepared to do a little hunting.
Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back.
