Rough Country CBD & Vape #6 – Converse, TX | Cannabis Shop

Went a visited yesterday because I was burned by another shop just to still leave with something I didn't want. Even though the salesperson was awesome enough to try to '' fix " the issue with the vape I wanted both items were defective. And the 3rd has now stopped working. Either they're product is expired or just got a bad shipment. Refunds are not a option which is super disappointing when you're forced to leave unsatisfied.

Yes they don't look at your stuff when you have problems with it so basically no refunds if you buy broken stuff from this store they totally just blow you off !!
I bought a broken battery from this store and the guy totally just said no refunds without any explanation! Literally stealing my money ! In a professionally way all he told me was no refunds after six days something they didn't tell me at checkout ! This place is horrible! They are stealing people's money ! I can't even rate it a half star or no star because I have to comment I was forced to. Im very upset I wasted money on something that didnt work right out of the package.
