Absolutely terrible experience. I came here to buy a concentrate vaporizer and ended up getting the Lookah seahorse max, which is $200. I tried it there, and it wouldn't even turn on. Before I did, the guy said I could exchange it if it didn't work, but then after it didn't work, the guy said I'd need to make a warranty claim to get it replaced. At this point, I just wanted my money back, but they said they won't do returns even though the product was completely broken when I opened it inside the store. (I completely understand a no return policy for functional items, but if you sell me a totally broken product that is non functional in your store when I open it. I expect an exception to be made.) Also, this item was $40 over retail for the item from the manufacturers website! Also, the manager lady tried to say I was being dismissive of her, while I was testing the item, when I was just giving them the benefit of the doubt that the product wasn't just completely broken and that it probably just needed to be charged since it has a battery. TLDR DONT SHOP HERE!

I was driving way out of my way to go to Vape City until a came across Smokes and Tokes. Chelsea was working my first time in and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really took her time to help me find exactly what I wanted. Everyone that works there is nice and helpful. This store has a great selection, every time I go in I'm seeing something new. Love their rewards program as well!

The manager Katrina is very rude and will not be returning due their faulty product as well as bad business practice. Very unprofessional environment. I always feel rushed when I came as well. Don’t go here or to any smoke tokes. They all have an awful policy that should only apply to repeat offenders. Why was this review removed??

They sell faulty products and will not make it right. Even their loyal customers are accused of “scamming them” or “it’s my fault the device malfunctioned”. I have never ever returned a product here before. I can see it being an issue when someone does it multiple times. Will never go here again and I recommend you don’t either.

came in to get the 2 for 30 deal on vape juice. manager did not apply deal and we were overcharged a little over $10. when asked about it, katrina said to write down her name and phone number and she would give us a credit on our next visit, instead of just refunding it then. we were fine with that until we came in for the credit and she said it "doesn't ring a bell" and refused to give it to us. we didn't know we had to bring the paper with her name and number, if they're messing up like this they should have a system where they write down credits instead of just forgetting and leaving the customers feeling robbed. was not a pleasant experience and she made it feel like we were lying to get free stuff.
