Absolutely terrible customer service from the young women who works there. Rude, not informed about the vape products she sells, and does not know how to use a cash register. Its obvious she either needs to be re-trained if somewhat new or let go, as she has no idea what's she's doing and giving the store a bad first impression to potential new returning customers. I needed to purchase the glass cylinder for my ttank as it recently broke. I told her what mod I had and brought in a coil to measure the length so I could match the part I needed. At first she refused to show me anything because I didn't bring in my entire mod plus tank and would have to come back with it. I told her I live 15 min away and would like to see the various glass cylinders they do sell so that I could match it with the length of my coil. To which she snapped back "We don't do returns if you get it wrong". Unbelievable. I took my chance and bought the part but when cashing out, the women didn't offer me a receipt (obviously so that the store could give me a reason for denying the return). When I asked for the receipt, she gave me a annoyed look and said "We don't do receipts here". I told her I needed it for personal tax reasons and she faked pushing some buttons on the cash register before giving up and telling me someone had broke it. A++ employee right there. I would avoid this place if you have any other options.

Almost 10 am not open this is everytime I’ve been here there hrs are not valid they open when they want drove 20 mins here that’s the last time I’m trying to come here

I had a great experience here the owner took time to talk to me about what was best for me and he did not have what i usually get and he said he will make sure he stocks it and has it in store great guy and great business thank you

The energy was awesome soon as you walk thru the door, a big THANK YOU to all the staff I left satisfied and still had money in my pockets
