Initially left a negative review after I bought a faulty gpen here and was not hopeful about them fixing it as I didn't have a receipt, but one of the owners, Bob, is a super reasonable dude and gave me store credit to buy a replacement, recommended me a more reliable option, and even took the rest of the faulty pen out of the case to test them so it wouldn't happen to another customer. Whole process was very low hassle and it seems to me like Smokers R Us and it's owners are trustworthy and stand by their products more than the average head shop. Will definitely be coming by again. The prices are way too high for the quality of the product. I wanted to give it another try but yet again my product failed Lower your damn prices, you might get some more customers These prices are ridiculously high but why? You’re obviously not doing that well if you have a buy one, get two free sign outside your Business In my opinion, anybody That’s raised prices as high as they can go is not a good business Owner do better

The best bulk kratom prices I've found, but I would advise putting in a bag, to avoid losing half of the product in your coat pocket.

It's difficult to express all the positives without being overly wordy, so I'll keep it brief… Above all, the customer service stands out, and Jacob excels in this area. He's generally who I deal with during my visits, so I'll focus on him. That said, this praise extends to the whole team and the owners—I just prefer not to list everyone by name. The store is consistently stocked with high-quality products; I've never found them lacking anything I needed or wanted. The customer interactions are top-notch. Jacob and the crew at Smoker R Us are incredibly amiable and well-informed. This kind of service is something we need more of in Portland. Of course, there are other stores around, but it's important to recognize why I go the extra mile to visit the Burnside location: it's because of the welcoming atmosphere. Hats off to the leadership team; please continue this excellent work, and again, great job Jacob.

These guys are great! They're always friendly and happy to order the juice that I use and keep it stocked for me without complaint or refusal. I'm very loyal to these guys because it's hard to come by the level of customer service that they provide. They have a large selection of products and something for everyone so be sure to check them out. I highly recommend them.
