I tried getting a vape pen. It did not work so I thought maybe I had to charge it. Went home charged it and tried again. Still did not work. Broken defective equipment.. I went to the store the next day and they said that they couldn't authorize a refund but to "call the rock hill store because that's where the manager works that can authorize it" called that store for them to tell me they cannot offer a refund because it wasn't the same day... WILL NOT REFUND FOR MERCHANDISE THAT NEVER WORKED! the manager asked for my phone number and last name to see If I had an account with them but since I did not they immediately told me they couldn't help but that made it plainly obvious that there is a way to have something done if I had an account with them... part of your "policy" should be to have people test it in the store... your replys to other 1 star reviews confirm that you talk down to people and even have some weird sense of pride for not offering some form of reimbursement/refund when selling faulty merchandise. I will never be back and I will tell others to go elsewhere. Update: So now after your employee went on the computer and physically saw the time I purchased the broken device you are still going to come on here and question my even buying it at your store... you stay classy anonymous owner.

Chick who worked there yesterday is always the sweetest and seriously helped me out more than once now by being SO patient when my card wouldn’t work and it was closing time but I was desperate for a specific nicotine! Had to call and then it all worked out fine but yeah I was about to have a full anxiety attack and she is always the chillest friendly face. Love both shops—I go all the way from Charlotte for the Pink and Blue lol. Can’t find it anywhere here!

I never had a problem driving to Rock Hill to go to Stateline Vapes with my son. Great products wonderful staff of employees and their prices are good. You can’t imagine how tickled pink I was when I drove down Carolina Place Drive and saw the new one in Fort Mill. The store is spotless the customer service is awesome the employees are great and the products are great. Stop in and see them👍🏼

Clean shop, selection of most top brands with a few gems. Way cleaner than the Rock Hill location. Friendly and helpful staff, would recommend to anyone who vapes. Excellent selection of disposable devices, medium selection of mods and tanks.
