Horrible experience. Totally unprofessional management. I had to wait because their computer was having issues, it seems. It happens. There was a guy training a new employee, but that was also NOT the issue at all. After a few minutes I asked if there was something wrong with my card, but the trainer said, No, they were just having issues where they had to go back in and restart from scratch for some reason. OK, fine. I was just sitting there calmly waiting, not making a scene. I really didn't care! It took a while longer and then the "manager" came over and said something to the trainer, like a joke about him doing training now. The trainer started to make a phone call on his iPhone, he put the phone to his ear, and I made a joke, saying, "I think your IT guy needs the training." I saw the "manager" put his finger to his lips in the typical shushing gesture while looking at me. I was shocked at this, but whatever. So the other guy leaves, and the "manager" starts to get involved, although it had finally already gone through and he was totally unneeded. But then the trainee says something about, "I can't see his order." I was just a walk-in, so I thought that might be confusing them, so I try to be helpful and say, "I didn't phone in an order." So THEN the "manager" says, "He's a trainee! Do you want to go to another store?" We argue, I mention him seeming to "shush" me and he gets really obnoxious and proceeds to act like a bully who feels the MANAGER is always right at HIS store. WOW!!! So he comes over and interjects for NO reason, attacks me and pretends like he's somehow coming to the rescue of this trainee whom I never said one word to or about! I was totally cool with him and it wasn't his fault anyway! Never returning. It's sick how "managers" have become these days. Outrageous for a person who is supposed to be the one who puts out the fires to start one for no reason other than his ego. August 5, 2024. I also notice that positive reviews get personal attention, but negative reviews all receive the same form letter.

Great experience and easy pickup! The associate helping me get my pickup order was very kind and did a great job. I think her name was Tessa. She’s awesome!

Expirence was unpleasant the person who took my cards “Tom” Made fun of me on the whole walkie talkie system because Im a underage medical patient, then the bud tender didnt take my first time visit coupon off because product was “on sale” asked if i wanted to use my discount for no reason same total with no discount used and next time would be 30%. Unsatisfied with my 45 minute drive and Kristen was bud tender.

Andrew was excellent at explaining the types of vape concentrates, and their effects. ended up coming back the next day because I had an issue with my cart but they were happy to swap it out for another. They had a last minute sale and I ended up walking out with 5 additional live resin carts at a great price! Saved about $150 definitely recommend checking the menu before you show up.

horrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and no one could even find one..or they were lying. Will not return. Again, the response to my review shows the lack of management and customer service. My guess is "Sunnyside" is corporate run and doesn't care about due diligence. As a Medical Patient, I need someone who is knowledgeable about the products they are dispensing and this was not the case. I normally go to CommCan where the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend CommCan to anyone who wants to be taken care of by people who actually care about the patients and are willing to listen to their needs and guide appropriately.
