I recently started taking medication that means I can't smoke delta 8 or thca and so I needed some regular CBD that was high quality and lab tested. They went above and beyond to secure the exact products I needed and even asked my preference for everything from how I want to invest/smoke it to what I want to smoke it with. They literally went out of their way to track down the products that I couldn't find at 6 other smoke shops and texted me once they had it in hand and gave me a good price on it as well. Zaindoleia was such a sweet woman and seemed to genuinely care about her customers needs and wants. They have an amazing selection of products and brands, I will absolutely be making this my new main smoke shop and highly recommend this place to anyone needing anything from flower, to glass, to tinctures, to edibles and more. I deeply appreciate this store for not being another cash grab shop and I hope they do well for a long time to come.

I absolutely love it here. The staff is very kind and well informed and I never miss out on what I'm looking for. They have the literal biggest selection of d8/9 and thca products north of downtown Dallas, and I tried every store to be sure. I go every week and if youre sick of overpaying this is the spot. Literally the best. 15/10

Absolutely loved my visit to this cannabis shop. The selection of products here was top-notch. Shoutout to Addy who works there as a budtender. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain different strains, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about helping customers have the best experience. Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve shopped here pretty often recently because the staff, usually a younger boy and Sandy, are always very knowledgeable and helpful and provide me with the right information, but my visit recently has been frustrating. The associate who is an older lady, who helped me didn’t seem to know the products and spent a lot of time on small talk instead of answering my questions. She also repeatedly pushed items I didn’t ask for and didn’t seem able to make relevant suggestions. I’d like to see better product knowledge and customer service training. I’ll definitely consider other stores if I see her again in my next visit.

Came here for the first time on a whim just to see if they had grams and they do! The store itself is a nice aesthetic (smells super good too!) Amanda was extremely helpful and VERY knowledgeable of the products. I’m confident I will like what I purchased. Because of my experience with her alone I will keep coming back.

The customer service here is great. Quan (not sure if it's spelled like that I apologize if it's not) but, had a great customer experience. Second time coming here. They have different variations of goodies.

Amanda!!!! Amanda!! Amanda!!! Hands down the best customer service! I came in town on Friday and this is the first place I called. Amanda was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!! She has made this experience very wonderful! The next time we are im town. This is where we will be shopping.
