Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her shop and the products that are offered at this shop. Not only do they know what they’re selling, but they actually care about the quality of product. That is so important to me, the quality of product. There are SO many shops that choose quantity over quality. Not this shop, they much rather sell product that is high quality over how much quantity they have. The prices are extremely reasonable. Also Hannah’s mannerisms are delightful, her knowledge is impeccable, and there is zero pressure to buy anything; you can tell that she just wants to help others.

The staff at The CBS store has always been friendly, supportive, and informative of my needs. I have found them to always be courteous and helpful even when they seem overwhelmed with the crowds shopping in their store. There isn't a better or more fair priced store to meet my needs. Most important, the quality of the products are always top notch and they stand behind their products. The CBD Store is always a stop on my travels through Virginia.

Hanna was Absolutely Amazing... Very Knowledgeable and Informative. I went in and explained exactly what I was having issues with, she discussed all of the products that she had and how each would affect me. She was on point and very confident in the product that she told me to try and she did great. The outcome far exceeded my expectations. She will continue to get my business. Highly Recommend!! I had a great experience at The CBD Store today. Hannah and Natalie were VERY helpful and informative about all the products. I ask a lot of detailed questions all the time and was very surprised on the vast amount of knowledge they both had on the products I was looking at. But they were very patient with me. 10/10 recommend, this store was very clean and well put together. They will defiantly be seeing me again soon

My wife and I stopped by yesterday for the first time. I am so glad we did. The folk that were there were so friendly, happy, and informative. We ended up staying there talking and looking at different products for about an hr. I am so excited to go back again. Go see these folks you will not be disappointed! I'm just bumbed I don't work there.
