Definitely make sure and try your disposable vape before leaving. I bought one this weekend and didn't open it until the next day. I immediately knew that it was defective as it pulled for about 10 seconds after using it. The fluid percentage went down to 40% within a few hours. I called them that same day and let them know. The sales associate said he was going to call a manager and then call me back, but I didn't hear back. I decided to go in to show them that it was obvious that it was defective, but they wouldn't exchange it. The sales associate said it would have to be returned same day. I understand the no exchange policy if there didn't seem to be a problem, but it was obviously not working properly. Thankfully, there are multiple shops around that sell my preferred vape, one specifically said he would have 100% authorized an exchange due to the obvious malfunction.

Stopped in today from out of town for a quick stop and had the pleasure of speaking with the ladies. Becca and Jess were extremely knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed and at a very reasonable price ! Great experience.

The quality of their glass pieces has truly gone down. I've had two break on me in the past two weeks. The first one was literally broken when we removed it from the protective wrapping. It had been on top of my sister's lap the whole ride home, which makes me think an employee accidentally broke it in the process of wrapping it. That one was $50. The second one is bigger than we usually get, so it was $70. Last night my sister picked it up and the stem along with part of the top broke. Like, purely from gravity, it's almost impressive how clean the break is. It did manage, however, to pretty badly cut her forearm. I'm still giving it two stars cuz the people working here are friendly, and I'm sure people might like their other products. But I'm certainly never going back.

Very fair prices & a good vibrs. Have to send my particular thx to both Becca & Diamond, while the store didn’t currently have in stock a flavor I was looking for, both of them suggested real alternatives & why I might like them, they both gave me their time. Most important thing we can share. Highly recommend.
