Lady at the front upsold me on some system they had without telling me I needed a physical card. I agreed to it and was locked out of my purchase. Instead of giving me the product they sent a bank refund (when I asked them not to) which takes days without any proof of the refund. I’ve spent thousands at this place. Horrible customer service. I’ll be buying on Amazon from now on.

My new favorite spot! They were knowledgeable, patient, attentive and pleasant. The shop was clean and well stocked. Kyle answered all of my questions and concerns. There was a woman that helped me as well, when I find out her name I will edit this review. She was very helpful.

Bad customer service staff, rude, unfriendly and unprofessional store manager “ the black guy pretending he is the store manager” , never trust their recommendations on products because they won’t accept the return later.

Hovering, staring, worker stood like 5 feet away, watching hard. Felt very uncomfortable. Once yall ask if we need anymore help, and we say no. just walk away and let people shop. We can come up to you at the register if we needed more help.
