Fully staffed or short, online ordering 5 hours in advance or walk in they are painfully slow. Tenders need training to talk/move faster during consultations. 3-5 mins max, tenders don’t have experience with customer service or weed so they just yap with customers forever while the line builds. Online ordering doesn’t help them move any faster and it might not even be ready. Team is nice but talkative and clearly lacking strong management. If they even have one at all. Cashiers standing and talking to each other and distracting the ones with customers
behind the register instead of jumping on a register with more than 15 people waiting in the lobby. Medical or recreational. Shouldn’t take 1 hour to pick up an online order placed 5 hours before hand with 6 people on the clock. Make a separate lane for online orders, keep recreational and medical lines separate and train staff!! ONLY coming here because their competitor Nirvana on route 40 moved to rosedale!!

1st time back in a year and wow. Nothing has changed. Bigger waiting room to keep more people waiting. The staff has no clue what's going on ever. They make all this money but still only pay one cashier at a time to work. There is no line system or time of arrival or anything. Having your medical card does not matter. You still have to wait. But they clearly have a message stating that medical card owners go to medical line to skip wait. But that doesn't matter. Did u order online? Don't matter. You still wait. Plan on spending at least 30-60 mins. Definitely try to avoid this corporate failure. Greenpoint is only 10 mins from this location.

Either you have a good experience or a terrible one. Not much in between. Employees seem overworked and that reflects at times in how they handle customers. I'm pretty chill so I don't tend to catch flak from many ppl but I've observed several situations where I felt that the employees were just being impatient and rude to other customers.
It's typically NOT a quick experience, even for a medical card carrier. There's even times where they don't check you in as medical so you end up waiting even longer. Now, I have to double check every time.
The straw that broke the camels back was when I arrived at 835 (they close at 9) and the door was locked. I had placed an online order (Side note, the employees show obvious disappointment if you arrive without placing an online order although it doesn't speed up the process in the slightest at this location.) There was an employee right inside the door with his back towards me. He simply waved the back of his hand without even turning towards me, indicating that I should go away. Extremely rude. At this point, I am going to go out of my way to go to a different dispensary.
Please manage this place better and stop treating customers like they are some sort of burden.

I've been a long time customer for a while (spent plenty of money here since recreational bill passed). Closing your establishment this morning and having 10-15 ppl waiting because of 1 customer is bad for business. Also the wait times are getting a little unreasonable for ppl with jobs and places to be on a certain time restriction... I've literally been waiting for over hour and half the past two visits just to make my purchase. You guys had things sorted out and organized when I first became a customer but since the remodel seems like everything is going downhill. Management needs to be changed or reflect on your business protocols because it's becoming more and more of an unpleasant experience each visit (not how customers should feel when their spending $$ consistently keeping your business up and running). Do better....PLEASE!!!
-update I arrived 10:30a.m it's now 12:30p.m and doors are still locked with unhappy customers waiting outside and a lot of ppl leaving after waiting hours(some ppl arrived earlier than I did). This will DEFINITELY be my last purchase from this establishment for a while... horrible business protocols (I'm 100% sure I could run this place better than whoever does rn, you guys need serious help)

Do yourself a favor and sort these reviews by “newest.” It will paint a good picture of what’s happened within the last year. This place used to be my go-to and it was great, because it is very conveniently located for me. I’d recognize the staff members when I went and they would do the same. Now there is super high staff turnover, everything seems crazy disorganized, and it’s soooooooo slow. You’ll be lucky to get in and out of there in 30 minutes even if you have a confirmed-to-be ready online order. Sometimes you make an online order and then just don’t hear anything and have to try again the next day. The only thing good about this place is that most of the staff seem super nice, but they are clearly stressed and overworked. Every issue with this place screams “terrible upper management!” Perhaps the people in charge should spend more time and effort improving the store instead of reading and giving hollow, canned responses to google reviews.
