Listen to what people are saying. This company is awful! I cancelled an order that didn't ship after 10 days because I was staying at an AirBNB and was only there another few days, so I didn't think I would get them before I left. They said they would look into it. 5 days later they just shipped them anyway to an address I was no longer at (which I TOLD THEM REPEATEDLY), so I never got them. For the next 2 MONTHS they told me they were "talking to their managers" about my refund order" Never received my vapes. Never received my refund. Never offered a credit. Never even an apology. So I will NEVER order from them again. The WORST customer service!

Beyond fed up and will never use this company again. So sad because I actually had good experiences until April 30th, 2024, when I placed an online order like usual and I still haven't recieved any product. You're lucky If you can even reach anyone or get a response to your emails. I asked for a refund for the 2 orders I placed, and they are not complying, they just send me an email saying a new rep has taken over. They're scamming people. I had to file disputes with my bank because they refuse to give me my $200 back!

Horrible company. They shorted me on my last order, then wanted me to pay $15 shipping for the 2 vapes they didn't ship so basically screwed out of 2 vapes. Then my most recent order (may 19th 2024) hasn't shipped yet. Shop with anyone else. These guys are a joke. (All update this review if they send my order before I contact my bank)

The last three orders I have gotten from them have had either missing items or the wrong items. They have not resolved any of the issues The shipping is also supper unpredictable some times the order ships fast other times it takes weeks befor they ship

Update! Recd my order today. Almost 2 months later. Do not order online from this company, unless you're prepared to wait. CC was charged the day the order was placed, but still no confirmation anything has shipped. Perfect Vape has fantastic service online if you're looking. Plus giving this company my DL was alarming and wish I'd never visited this site.
