Everything has been good. Been using this place for months. I am one of their best customers…until… Today I bought some vape juice. I got home and saw that I had bought the wrong one (I accidentally got one I really didn’t like). I took it back, unopened. The seal was still on it. I asked if I could trade it out expecting no problem. Who would? But the guy there said it was company policy to say no. All sales are final. I could not believe it. After all the business I give them for Kratom and juice. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back. It wasn’t the fault of the guy who works there (who o see twice a week for six months. He said it was a corporate rul. Well, they are going to keep losing business if they don’t get wise and be there for the customer. They lost a lot of business with me.

everyone on these reviews is mad about the simplist of things. thats customer service for ya 🙃 i have been here a few times and i dont know the peoples names who have helped me but they were all so kind and helpful! i have awful eye sight and everytime they willingly help me pick a vape by reading the names of the flavor. the last time i went , a girl around my age helped me and i had just got my nails done - i was having trouble reading the vapes and then i had trouble switch the geek bar on because of my nails. this girl was so sweet and friendly. i absolutely adore this store ♡

I had the worse experience here today — went in to get several vapes— 1st time in this store — the guy behind counter had his arms crossed when we walked in and quickly asked what we need when we walked in - I am discussing with my best friend what all we are getting - ( mind you we are 45&49) he ask us again and we start ordering — then he over hears us talking about what flavor my husband is going to love and the next thing we know he is kicking us out -telling us that we can buy for my husband and we explain that they are for us also - he says I have cameras and they have microphones so you have to leave !!! We left with no problem laughing the whole way out and went down the road with no problem and got everything we needed — for EveryOne !!!

Great Shop! They have a huge selection of juice and mods! They also have a ton of glass and Kratom! Great prices and an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Definitely will recommend!
