Zikam Drive Thru Pharmacy & Compounding

I was there a few months ago to have a new prescription filled I waited in line. I was never acknowledged, after waiting pharmacist
advised me that he would have to verify my insurance for payment authorization . Which was not a problem he asked me to come back in about 30 minutes to an hour to give him time to process it. I came back
Maybe an hour and a half later, I waited again for about another 15 minutes for him.
At that time, the pharmacist stated he didn’t have time that day, and I needed to go to another pharmacy,
Because he was too busy, needless to say I went to the same Location in Cibilo and they took care of it. I had to pay for my medication which was not a problem, but they were efficient, kind and answered all questions that I had about the new prescription.

Great pharmacy. Very friendly and helpful.
