TL;DR-- The best of the best. Can I give 10 ⭐ s? AMAZING customer service (coming from a guy that's been in customer service and sales for 35 years). They are all great people, but go see Ken. She's top notch🙂. I really can't say enough good things about this place. I have been in customer service and sales for 35 years, and if I was ever going to teach how to treat people in business, I would use Zips as a learning tool. They simply just care about their customers. And it shows. I've been to most cannabis shops in Pierce County. Nobody gives the service these people do. Not even close. Never feel rushed and always feel like I got a great deal. Their prices are fair, though maybe not the best. You have to pay for service. And here you get just that. I could gush on for paragraphs and paragraphs, but The bottom line is they just make you feel welcome. From the moment you walk in the guy that checks your ID is friendly as is everyone you talk to up until you leave. My dog even loves it here 😂. And when I say that they have the best customer service, I'm not just limiting that to pot shops. They give as good of service as anybody I do business with. Go in, see Ken if she's available. You won't regret it.

They have some kind of rule that they do not accept changes as if they are selling cigarettes which are the exact same every time you buy them from wherever you buy them. I bought some trash from a company called G420 and it was absolute trash. It was cheap. I don't usually buy flower and this is why. Probably would have made me sick. I could not get a refund and had not even touched the stuff. Of course I opened it. How else could I tell it was absolutely garbage. They ended up giving me 50 percent off of some flower that was 25 bucks. So I paid 12.50 for the new 8th and threw the other trash right in the garbage outside. So I lost 6.50 bucks on that. Not to mention that today was 35 percent off. So charging me 12.50 for the 8th was not 50 percent off. The flower was only 17.50 today anyway. So technically I lost 10.25 that I could have kept. I will never buy any flower again. They should have given me a full refund and started over. The manager did what he was allowed to do. Nobody else could not do a thing. It sucks to sell Cannabis this way. Cant even smell it before you buy it. It is like gambling. Unless you smoke the exact same thing every time. The packages need a hole in them.

I live in Lacey and this is my 2nd time being in this location. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a the most vibrant soul CYNTHIA! Not only does she have impeccable customer service but she took the time to match the weed to MY PERSONAL DESIRES, which is EVERYTHING!! If you are to shop here I highly recommend you seek her out internationally!🥰🫶🏽⚡️

Update: After leaving this review I was given an email to contact with additional information regarding my experience. After contacting this email I spoke with Blaine, who apologized and quickly helped me to resolve my issue and get my defective cartridge exchanged, as well as offering a couple of 40% off discounts for me to use in the future. I did however refuse as I don’t have any intention of continuing to shop here, due to the steps I had to take just to get my defective cartridge exchanged. Initial Review: I bought a cartridge from this location and I was able to take two hits from it before it stopped working. I charged it to make sure that wasn’t the issue and it would light up when I was inhaling, but the little bit of smoke that was coming out had a burnt almost metallic taste. It was very obviously NOT the juice being burned. I would try hitting it multiple times back to back to try and get it to work but the first hit would have this burnt tasting smoke come out and then any hits I took directly after that, nothing came out, but at the same time the cartridge was getting hot. It seemed like the coil was heating up but the juice wasn’t able to reach it. You can also visibly see that it is still full of juice. Despite all of this, I was refused an exchange on the same day I purchased because “something was coming out” and “it looks like it’s working to me” and then I was subsequently treated like a scammer even though I shop here enough that I have multiple discounts saved on my account and have never returned anything. After that I went to the location on 38th and they were understanding and willing to exchange my cartridge out, but when they tried to do the transaction they weren’t able to ring it up since I purchased from a different store. I was then told if I took it to the store on 72nd they would exchange it no problem, which clearly isn’t the case because they sold me a faulty product, refused an exchange, and then treated me poorly even though I’ve shopped here for over 4 years.

This place rocked. Had great service from a guy at the counter who has a baby on the way! Give that guy some props he did an amazing job tonight helping us. Good luck with your baby kiddo!
