I cheated on my favorite smoke shop last night since it was Sunday night and they were closed and went to this one since it was the closest. Biggest regret ever omg the guy was really, really nice, the customer service is excellent but they are definitely TAXING! I spent $12.45 on 1 pack of backwoods and some juicy jays wraps. 1 pack has 5 backwoods. If the backwoods were $8.66, that means the juicy jays wraps were $4 something which is insane. … fast forward to this morning I went back to my favorite smoke shop and got 4 packs of my favorite leafs (basically 8 backwoods total) AND the same flavored juicy jays wraps and I only paid $8.84. I will neverrrrrrrr cheat on my smoke shop everrrrr again! Y’all cool tho and it’s cute in there. (:

Francisco was very helpful today, we had an issue with some slides and he was able to help us and exchange them out. He also gave us some good recommendations when it comes to the product sold here.

Come here monthly for my vape. Costumer Service is always amazing. Pablo did an excellent Job showing me what was in stock. Definitely recommend this place

I love this smoke shop since it’s close to the house and has cool snacks, but this is nearly the only smoke shop we have off Ledbetter by Kiest and it’s ALWAYS closed. They open at 10 supposedly and close at 11 or 12 but you can come throughout the day and the doors will be locked at 11am, 4 pm, or 9pm, always locked. I literally have only been able to go here twice and I go to the smoke shop nearly every other day. Other than that the service is amazing, love the workers there and the products, just wish ya’ll were actually open so I could utilize the products inside 😅.

One of the best shops in Dallas. Customer service is the first thing that makes you want to return topped with the vibe the shop provides.
