My new go to shop! Love this vape shop! Customer service: It is great! They go above and beyond to help customers. Even if you aren’t looking for anything in their shop, they still help point you in the correct direction. Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and all around staff. Vapor shop: They sale vapor product only. Their selection is great. Above average than other vape shops. They have some of the newest product. They have a variety of product from beginner to advanced and will help you pick out what may be right for you. The price range is reasonable and great. The shop is clean, decent size, well lit, and etc. it offers a few sit down areas to vape, lounge, or wait. E-Liquid: A great selection! From the most popular brands to some that are new. Flavor profile is subjective to ones opinion, but having that variety helps and staff whom tried things can give you true definition and idea of some of the flavors what may be good for your flavor profile. Online/other locations: They do have online website with some great prices as well. They are also with EZ Fumes which is in Bedford and One in Fortworth. (Follow them on instagram, Facebook and their website: EZ Fumes- when there are deals/sales they also post them Overall: I really like this location. If I don’t want to do ordering online but want to come in it’s great to have a local shop. I definitely recommend coming here for beginners to advanced. The manager here is great!

Really cool and honest people, Joey was knowledgeable in helping me make the best decision for getting back into vaping. Highly recommended. (update) the tank that came with the kit was defective by leaking constantly, I called back and they advised me to change the coil which I did. The tank still leaked and I went back to the the store, they changed it out with a better tank. I'm still a happy customer, Joey was reasonable and very helpful with the process. Thank you

DO NOT RECOMMEND! -5 Stars! Customer service skills here are absolute trash! Rude manager and employee. Was only one of each on site at this location as they have a "now hiring" sign on front of door. I came in this store in a lovely mood and left mad as ever. They are rude more so the manager than his one and only worker . All I wanted was a coil but they didn't appreciate my comments on their hemp items and so became rude towards me. Find another shop! (DO NOT REPLY)

If your gonna buy an Elf bar type dispoable vape, this place and every other vape store labeled vape store that is reputable to not have counterfeits really over price them, any and all disposables for $25 [So, the orion with 7500 puffs is kinda an okay deal] so minus a star for that... If you've made the investment, for even just a pod vape like Smok Nord or Novo line like me I was happy, just got for $21.65 with TAX left w two bottles of 2.5%, and a 3% nic nic salt e juice ! Sold as buy one get one free. Much much better deal than the first 4 I bought in Tarrant county. For $20, or even their brand was like $18 on sale... so much better deal. Limited flavor selection on this sale but great deal excited! Update- I got like a discount for reviewing which brought my coils from $27 to $22, so 5 stars & will return , best for "Reusable" devices... and the 2nd time I ever changed my coils I was nervous so I came up here & they helped me. I don't need the help anymore but had bought juices & they helped me... Also whenever I went to go get some more coils, I didn't bring my other box so the guy helped me to identify them.
