Surterra always has the best deals for high quality products. Awesome flash sales on a daily basis. The OP staff is super knowledgeable and always quick to make recommendations. This location is my go-to dispensary, nowhere else comes close to the level of service.

Went into Surterra at the orange park location and I felt like I was at home. Ashanti and Tay took really good care of me. Both greeted with me this amazing wonderful warming smile and personality that was just melted my heart. As far as products they know both explain the new products perfectly to me. This store and customer service is fantastic. I will be returning to this store again. My visit was just was awesome I will be returning and shopping there more often than I usually do. Thanks Ashanti and Tay you both are the best went above and beyond without me even asking you all 2 ❤️

I Love this store . Not one store compares to Suteera.. They are Knowlegable when I ask a Question the Clearks have an answer. They are very friendly& cheerful and care about Customers. Needless to say the deals are fantastic and the Products are always number 1 great Quality none better.

great place. good variety and quick service. Tay and Marceesa were super friendly and informative but I was not "allowed " to tip. you shouldn't tell your clients what they can do with their money, this was disappointing as they deserved one.

First time here , loved Becca! Really sweet and didn’t feel rushed! Lots of great first time deals and I think we found a winner. Great flower & really happy with the first time experience overall! P.S I love that there are paper menus and not tablets to tap!! It’s just the cherry on top!
