This review is long overdue!!!!! But a breath a fresh air dealing with them during a medical situation with my sister. The kind gentleman that I had the pleasure of speaking with, took his time to explain about the medical equipment we needed for her...what features she needed, etc. My dealing with First Coast renewed my Faith in businesses that truly care for and about their customers!!! On Sunday April 16th 2023 my husband and I came to St Augustine for vacation. He had hurt is toe before we left and it became progressively worse . After calling numerous rentals for a knee scooter I came across First Coast and spoke to Rebecca which doesn't rent scooters but just happened to have one in their building. They lent the scooter to us free of charge. I can't tell you how grateful we were for their help. Thank you and God Bless!

First Coast Medical & Dental has been very helpful and prompt in supplying medical supplies to my sister, who is in a memory care facility. She initially ran out of needed supplies and First Coast made an emergency delivery. Since then, Ladd has kept in regular contact with me. I haven't had any surprise bills, and he has anticipated my sister's possible needs. The customer service has been absolutely top notch and I would highly recommend the company.

I always buy supplies for my Dad from Rebecca. She is so kind and always pays special attention to my orders. Just had a recent order that I put in way too late that showed up at my doorstep at 8 pm at night right after the Hurricane in Ft Myers. I could not believe how fortunate! With everything going wrong these guys are the best! Thanks so much for your quick response!

Rebecca is absolutely the most caring person to deal with. My sister had not received her medical supplies and she met me at the office even though she was home with her grandchild. I would highly recommend this firm.
