Great store. Great prices. Best vape store in town and super professional staff. They have the best selection in town. Definitely my go to store. They have a huge selection of vapes, delta, and kratom. The new manager Emily is amazing. 😋

The quality of the staff and store itself has significantly declined. Not only has the interior been neglected but the woman usually at the front around 2pm will purposely hang up on phone calls and is incredibly rude and unhelpful. She blatantly stated "I don't know" with quite an attitude when asked about a product and then proceeded to ring up and hand me the wrong item. If it was possible to review negative stars- I would.

Stopped by try take a look around as we just moved to town. There were other people standing outside the shop and the doors were locked. It was around 1pm on a Sunday. The stores hours clearly posted on the door and here on Google stated the store should have been open at 10am. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they may have stepped away for lunch, we left to run some errands and came back an hour later. Store still locked and no employees in sight. Guess we will try another shop in town.

Great place! Jasmine behind the counter helped us find the CBD and vape products we needed. She was knowledgeable and very nice. She even showed my girlfriend and I some new music artists to check out! Love having this as our local go to!

Dear Elgin Community, These guys are a rip off, they are charging 2x for all their products, avoid using this place. I would recommend using Smoking Burnout Smoke Shop as they are selling the same products at half the price. On top of it Vapor Maven as the worst customer service. Their staff is rude and arrogant. I use Geek Bar pulse, Vapor Maven is charging $27 for it. You can get the same product from Smoking Burnout Smoke Shop for $18. They are also charging almost 2x for other products. I spent close to $100 every month on vapes. I'm taking my business away from Vapor Maven and giving it to Smoking Burnouts. I will end up saving $50 every month. Once again AVOID using this place and try other shops
