Color me surprised when my $66 order is now $96. I had to put half my order back, awesome. Someone please make another Reddit post if they bring the student discount back so we know it’s safe to go back. This place is unaffordable now and I will be returning all my business to The Hook. With their rewards program they are now cheaper than Santa Cruz Flavors. Try their location off 41st, or in Watsonville. That being said, the security guard at Flavors is a nice person and I’ll miss him. Edit: I adjusted my review to 3 stars because the staff are also pretty nice people but I still can’t come back until the prices are affordable.

Where do I begin! This place is great! It's right off the freeway for one. The atmosphere is so cool. They have so many different products and distributors to choose from. The prices are the best in Santa Cruz. I've visited them all. The staff is very knowledgeable and inviting. Christine was badass and patient. I tell you it's like walking in a candy store. Oh and one more thing. It's cash only 🤑

This place has been my saving grace this quarter of school. Super big, open store with plenty of options, awesome prices and discounts, and always super chill vibes and customer service. I’ve run into one employee, Christine/Kristine, several times, and it’s always fun light-hearted vibes . 10/10 would totally recommend this place if you have that 30% student discount 👌🏽

First time I went there I got good service and a good deal. Everything since it's an uncomfortable ordeal. There are too many products there for any employee to know where anything is. I'd like your cheapest live resin carts please, a look of confusion, then endless searching. It seems like a simple question, apparently not. "Do you know what you got last time?" Yeah, I got some disgusting vanilla flavored cart that I did not request, I didn't say it, it's not her fault that the last time the last person sold me an awful product. I just don't have the time or desire to wait 20 minutes for a transaction that should take 2 minutes. The owner of this business doesn't seem to care about employees or clients.
