As a small business owner expect people to care about what they do for a living. Josh more than exceeded my expectations! He was able explain any product we picked up in the store in detail. Every pro and con needed to weight out a decision, he was able to fill in the blanks. He knew how the juices were made, which mesh cores work well with what juices, and even how the disposables measure up to the mods. If the owners sees this, I hope you value this type of an employee and plan to keep him around as an indispensable person in your business. He even stayed a full hour after closing to help make the best choice between mods. Very satisfied and will be returning! 5/5 will recommend!
