Horrible place to shop for your smoking accessories. Go to the better one down the street! The people that work here just treat you like trash. If your product is defective or they give you the wrong stuff and you walk out that door... dont expect them to make anything right.

I love this shop. I’ve been going here for years; but lately I’ve been very impressed with the customer service provided by Delilah. It’s often right before close but she always greets me with a smile on her face, and knows exactly how to help me find what I’m looking for in the friendliest of manners. She makes showing up a little later more comfortable and not awkward. I highly recommend this shop and wishes any who shops here the chance to work with Delilah.

Beware!! We sell S—- in a box store!! Went to buy a disposable vape (brand -name Hidden Hills Club) and paid $32.17. Clerk who sold it never gave us option to test out in the store. Brought it home in new package and the button does not even work. Attempted to exchange at store next day and was told final sale - or they could give us 10% toward new product - because it was tested in store prior. First and foremost - the clerk we bought it from never allowed us to test it out in the first place to make sure it worked properly!! Ended up paying for a non working product that came straight out of packaging. No refund provided and no exchange given ! What a waste of money and time.
