This USED to be a five star store but now it’s not. Short staffed also there is like only 1-2 friendly staff members whom have worked there for YEARS and I haven’t seen either of those elder ladies promoted. Shame on you guys for that because if it wasn’t for them, most of your customers wouldn’t be back. VERY disappointed in this store today. I sent my elderly grandfather to get a REESES from there (yes a simple candy bar). He needed help and asked a gentleman today and the gentleman told him they didn’t have any. (I shop here 2-4 times a week and NEVER have they not had a white chocolate singular Reese’s candy bar). He tried to take him to the CANDY BAG aisle for a single Reese’s bar that is by the registers. I finally told my grandpaw to just leave. WHO are you guys hiring that is not willing to help a customer find a piece of candy that is FULLY STOCKED. I went there later on today and there it was… right by the register. But I guess that was too much to do for the worker. PLEASE do better hiring and PROMOTE your life long, hard working employee’s. It sounded like a young male kid he was talking to for help. If he can’t find a simple candy bar then I could ONLY imagine.

I live in between 2 CVS’s. They are both 1 mile from my house but in the opposite direction from each other. This is my favorite of the two. I mainly visit CVS for 2 reasons - makeup and healthy snacks. As you can tell from all of the pictures I’ve posted, this CVS has an excellent variety of makeup products and even though this is a Saturday and the last day of the sales for this week, their stock is plentiful. Now let’s talk about the healthy snacks. When CVS announced that they were going to put more of an emphasis on healthier choices (near the check out area), I rolled my eyes and thought ZERO IMPACT for me. But as they started rolling out these new items, I started buying 1 each time I stopped in for makeup. I found lots of stuff that I liked that wasn’t carried by my local grocery stores. That gave me another reason to drop in to this CVS - love those healthy snacks! But...as you can see from the two pictures I’ve included with this review, there’s a lot of empty where products should be. It’s like this every single week (for the past 6 months) and that’s why I’ve knocked off a star on my review. It’s like c’mon CVS! You got me hooked on healthy snacks and then 50% of the time, I’m disappointed when I see empty shelf space where those snacks should be. NOTE: 12/28/2019 Knocking off a star because it’s not cool to ignore the expiration date on your stock - especially when ya all make a big deal corporate-wise re: healthy snacks.

Switching pharmacies and considering getting a lawyer. Asked for a consult on a new med and the pharmacist from across the room and over two counters says just take the pen and rotate it until it clicks and then inject it. Kinda think this is a HIPPA violation. Sadly it is a result of a greedy company

I see some reviews here about the staff being rude... my experience was the opposite. I am visiting family, coming from out of state, and had to get a prescription filled. I want to shout out to Lane in particular who worked with me to sort through the insurance challenges and work out a solution which enabled me to get the prescription filled at an affordable price. I was fortunate with timing in that there was only one person in front of me in line. My order had just arrived, so I sat down in one of the chairs reading a book for 15 mins as my prescription was filled. Again, thank you Lane for figuring out an affordable solution. Hope your experience is as smooth and positive what I experienced.

Staff complained about being over worked and was extremely rude. Made it like I was an inconvenience to him. Slammed his little door and was grumpy. I’ll stick with other CVS stores in the future or better yet Amazon or Walgreens
