My family came to lovely SF for my son’s top surgery and we stayed in a nice flat off Geary. Urbana was my husband’s and my go-to for the entire two week stay—products were super, the folks were all friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the little hangout room was essential since we were staying in a non-smoking place. Shout outs to all the staff front and back! The readers from Memphis will miss y’all!

I’m an avid smoker for decades and a true cannabis connoisseur. I’ve just about visited and purchased from every dispensary within San Francisco. My go-to spot for all my cannabis needs is Urbana on Geary St., I go there 3X per week. Folks there are knowledgeable and nice. Their sale prices are competitive which I find often cheaper than most dispensaries. Good prices & good customer service = shop here.

I used to love this place but it changed, they have some shady people working now. This girl overcharged me $35, tried to blame it on 25% tax and told me that she had trouble printing the itemized receipt, instead she gave me the gave me the ATM machine receipt that listed only the total amount. I had to go back to get the itemized receipt that clearly showed that I was overcharged by $35. They tried to tell me that the special price didn’t go through, but the discount was around $25, not $35

My husband and i Came here for a conference and this lovely establishment was amazingly enough right in front of our hotel! How lucky!! We won an amazing glass piece from a local artist in a raffle and couldn't love it more. The lounge is the most amazing part! Perfect plane to chill and smoke and catch up on some work or play some games!! Must stop by here if in the area!!! You will not be disappointed. They had some amazing infused blunts that were heaven. The top shelf sativas were really good. If they have the infused stiizys those are a must try!!
