NO EXCHANGES ON MOLDY CARTRIDGES
Used to love the place, now I'll probably only stop in if it's an emergency. Night crew was always nice and friendly, earlier in the day is hit or miss when it comes to customer service. They get busy with a long line. Yesterday a bud tender sold me 2 cartridges, one a new brand I'd never tried. She recommended it. It was NOT good. It had a very heavy mold/mildew flavor, which I've experienced in cartridges before. So, tonight I tried to exchange it. It's considered defective everywhere else I've shopped when this happens. Not at better buds... The bud tender (not the same girl who recommended the product) was nice about telling me, but they will not exchange unless the cartridge physically does not work. I understand the business does not want to be on the hook just because someone didn't like their flavor, and they may even get people trying to scam them to get their money back sometimes, but this is mold we're talking about, and I just wanted an exchange. The bud tenders also had 0 interest in which brand or strain it was, which leads me to believe they didn't take it seriously or they don't care if it happens to another customer.

Decent place and selection. Slow counter service. This place needs a third tender. Sometimes fast sometimes slow..Usually upwards of 30mins of waiting in line to get product
