Very rude staff, I called this location to see if they have a product and the person that answered the phone was very rude. They had the product, but the person was so rude I decided not to spend my money there. I will not spend my money there now or in the future. They definitely lost a customer.

I've been a frequent customer here, and I've always appreciated the consistency in pricing. Lately, I've noticed the prices change when a new employee helps me. To avoid any confusion, I'd like to confirm the established pricing structure for the Flum Pebble. It's important for me to feel confident I'm paying the correct price since the old white man charges $22 after tax and the other older man with long hair charges me $5.50 after tax. Very untrustworthy.

I just left the store and the gentleman working was wonderful. I bought two geek bars and when I went out to my car and tried them one wasn’t working at all. He was quick to replace it for me and made sure it worked properly! Thank you so much!
