Selection isn't great, but staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. We enjoy going there for boutique quality items for our pets.

I'm not sure how many times I have traveled through "The Trails" and not noticed Mud Bay Pet Supply Store. I noticed them today and decided to drop in and see what it was all about. The first things that I noticed as I entered the store, off to my right was a Christmas tree with all of these adorable pictures of cats and dogs; at least those are the animals that I saw, and on the back of the photos were the needs of these shelter pets. Food, toys, litter, blankets, items which no animal should ever do without, and seeing all of these pictures continues to break my heart on multiple levels. I noticed a small bulk section of food/treats, a ton of toys, litter, food, etc. I wish I would have taken a little more time and looked around, but I was so focused on grabbing some cans of food for a couple of the shelter cats in need of it. Unfortunately, there was only Wellness kitten food offered there however Wellness is a great brand, and one of a few brands I feed my kitties. The store, as a whole, was inviting and laid out pretty well. It appeared clean and well organized. This is a small owned business that was started in Olympia, Washington. This company has grown to almost 60 stores, there may be more stores by now, and although there are several stores, it isn't like shopping in a Petco or Petsmart. The two employees working at that time seemed friendly and helpful. The Mud Bay pet supplies location is in The Trails at Silverdale - 11467 Pacific Crest Pl STE C125, Silverdale, WA 98383, and because of their location there's plenty of parking space. Their website Mudbay.com, provides a lot of information including information on partnerships they have, including animal welfare partnerships, they also hand out advice on keeping your pets healthy from a kitten to your wonderful senior baby, you can even request information from a veterinarian. Store is very clean and well organized, great selection and helpful staff. First time visitors get sample snacks and a coupon for next time. They have a scale to weigh your pets and a water bowl too.

Great selection of dog food. Our doggies have food allergies and we were able to find food that works for all three of them. The staff is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products.

Took my pup down here yesterday to pick out some goodies and a toy on her 1st birthday. The staff here was super friendly and offered great service. Willing to help and loved on my girl! Got 3 of these little doggie gelato treats for her and her brothers to share and they were a total hit!
