Never feel great going into this location. Budtenders have no real customer service experience and always pushing to up sell whatever vendor they have in for the week.. I avoid this location unless I see something I know I will like.. they advertise a “ membership/ discount” but never do they ask for a number or notify me of any points or discounts… there are far better locations near by that are way better at providing services

I have been going to this Hashtag branch for around 6 years, including prior to them moving to their new location in downtown Redmond. I have always had excellent experiences there. I only buy edible products, so I cannot comment on any of their other stock. But they always have a great selection of edibles and beverages. The staff is has always been very friendly and pleasant to interact and talk with. I feel like their prices are similar to other dispensaries I have visited. I also love that their owner is a fan of two dollar bills. It's fun having them in my wallet.

I have bought many excellent items from them and I have always been satisfied with the quality and price. I have been shopping at other stores where I can get an ounce of shake for $25, so if I ever see that kind of a deal here or if I decide to go with higher priced trim, I would be happy to buy from them. Professional and friendly people and smooth and high quality service.

First time in the shop. Friendly staff. I was helped by a brand new employee who did a good job as did his trainer. It was his first day! Great pricing and selection.

Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews after careful research most of the positive one are made by store employees and the owner the negative ones are more accurate if you want to know what it's like going here they will also take the extensively written reports down this is the second one I'm making they took me and my husbands first one down I have pictures that proves they are racist from the emails from me and the owner they didn't care nor address the racist comments made towards me or my husband all because I think her name is Amanda don't have basic knowledge on weed and couldn't answer a simple question please avoid here at all costs in working with lawyers to shut this place down as well
