I’ve been shopping here for over a decade but the store has changed ownership recently and now lacks the warmth and resources it once had. Selection has been whittled down to the basics, with no real coherence on brands or product offerings. Staff do not seem knowledgeable about the most basic facets of the items they’re selling - supplements and bulk herbs specifically. This is a great disappointment. The most immediate need this shop has however isn’t training or product availability - it’s air conditioning. On a recent visit on a 92° day, the door was wide open with a couple big fans blowing hot air around, and the staff looked not only miserable but on the verge of heat exhaustion. I felt truly bad for them. Also, the entire range of expensive vitamins and supplements, also the bulk herbs and teas, is probably no longer worth anything after being stored in such conditions. I used to buy supplements and herbs here, but after seeing how they choose to operate their store with no concern for their staff or products, I’ll be shopping elsewhere. It’s truly sad that the owners have not yet made this glaring problem a priority - hope they don’t get sued by their staff for poor working conditions. Air conditioning: it’s a necessity for any business now.

This store is a hidden gem! I originally found Rainbow Natural Remedies on my quest to buy organic bee pollen. The employees were very helpful, prices were great ($20/10oz of organic bee pollen from the Rocky Mountains. Much cheaper than lower quality alternatives. ), and I wanted one of everything else on the shelf. Will definitely be stopping in here regularly!! 💫💫💫

I come here for the herb selection but long story short the customer service is sub par here. There’s one employee that I see sometimes that makes it worth it but the rest of the team is inattentive at best. Once, I came in, already signed up with their store system, and one lady insisted on signing me up again when I knew the issue was that she was spelling my name wrong (I told her this). I left without having that purchase go towards my account since she 'couldn't find it'. Next visit, though, a different employee had no problem pulling up the account. Another time, I reminded the employee before she scanned my items that I had an email with them and got a "yeah, yeah hold on". Which of course, she immediately forgot about. She then called out a name that I'm sure was someone else's but they don't send you confirmation/receipt emails so there's no way to actually check if my purchase went to my account or not 🤦 I literally spell my name out slowly letter by letter and have no problem repeating it so it really shouldn't be that big of a problem but it somehow is.

One of my favorite Seattle stores!! They have the best selections of natural remedies around. I love the new owner too! She's very kind and helpful in the natural remedy sphere. I recommend Rainbow for all your supplement needs!

Went for the first time today and let me tell you… I went a little crazy from all the natural things they have for just about everything. I have bad eczema and autoimmune and I came to get teas , calendula. I highly recommend coming here. The staff was so friendly and helped me grab eveything I needed. The prices are just right.
