I really used to like this place because they carried a brand that I liked and the employees were kind and helpful. I don't mind tipping for extra help. If I received help finding a new device or an alternative to an out of stock item, I certainly tip but I typically go in knowing exactly what I want. Over the past few months, when I decline tipping on the iPad, some of the employees have had bad attitudes. Tipping is optional and if I decline, I would still like to be met with kindness. That hasn't been the case recently and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The girl couldn't answer any of my questions about coils, sold me the wrong size coils that don't fit my vape after me telling her exactly which model vape I have plus showing it to her. It says no returns at the desk so I guess I'm out $20 now for someone else's mistake. Not coming back

Oliver is the definition of a great employee. The store has tons of great products from some heavy hitting manufacturers in the vape industry. Great prices and great service!

Excellent customer service! No rush, Jake really knew every product and answered every question thoroughly, and Cameron was really helpful and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the product I purchasing. 10/10 would recommend to my friends. Super clean and organized!
