First time customer. Got there right at 8pm not knowing that’s when they close. Told the gentleman working I’d come by another time, but he was kind enough to invite me in. The selection was impressive. He was helpful and patient, I never felt rushed, despite getting there when I did. I got a nic vape for me, and a can of Zyn Citrus for my friend. My nic vape was fine. The Zyn Citrus terrible. Despite it being 9mg, it was tasteless and zero nic buzz. I ran to 7-eleven grabbed a can there, just the usual 6mg they carry, and there was a night & day difference. I paid quite a bit more for the can at Yo-yo’s, so that was especially disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s actually Zyn, made differently in other countries, or what the issue was. The can said it didn’t expire until Sept 25, but I couldn’t find any images online of a can that looked like the one I purchased. I’ll shop there again for vapes, but not for nic pouches.

I started shopping here right around the new year for kratom. At first I was surprised with the amount of options, eventually goijg with the press’d 7oh tablets. After a month or so of purchasing all of that particular product, they got some more on the shelf and jacked up the price OVER 10$ MORE than they were charging. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Also; most of the 7oh products they do carry are BUNK. Lab tests have proven a lot of the brands they have e.g. RAVE, HYDROXIE, MOOD+, 7TABZ, etc, are all severely under-dosed, therefore leading to one wasting 20-30$. Kratom prices in general at YOYO Smoke Shop are very high. I would suggest going 3/4 miles south on Peoria till you reach TOKERZ Head Shop on Peoria and Iliff. Great shop, great prices, and down to earth owners.

Terrible service, lady had a bad attitude and I felt she didn’t want me in there. Great way to not get new customers! And if you want to come to America and work here, at least learn the language. Can’t understand the customer how are you suppose to sell more. Bad service!!!

I love this shop!!! They have so many flavors and soooo many brands. B and his family are always soo kind and so much fun to talk to. Love love love this smoke shop!!!

Amazing selecting of accessories. I spent 15 minutes explaining to the cashier what product I wanted from the shelf . Person who was in store 6.9.24 closing doesn’t speak English . I would’ve made a much larger purchase but I got irritated having to almost yell left right up down directions because the individual didn’t understand me .
