I have never visited the physical locations because I live in a neighboring county and unfortunately, I’m unable to travel. Seems like people have good experiences with the staff and when I spoke to the staff on the phone, they told me that the online store and the physical stores are two separate things. I would not recommend the online store unless you have no other option. Customer service is nonexistent. I have emailed and never once have I gotten a response. I have called and never had a call returned. Order time used to be quick and reliable - When I placed an order, it would arrive the day after next ! It was wonderful. Now it takes a week, Even though it says 3 to 4 business days, ends up being 6 or 7. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them but they have made it abundantly clear that I am just one of Many customers, And there’s no need to value me as an individual customer. It’s disappointing.
