Came in looking for a vape, “Bear” took care of me. He walked me through all of my questions (I had many) He’s definitely in the right field, extremely patient. The promotions are also great!

Bought a disposable Orion Vape for $27.99. They make you try them in the store, which is fine. The first did not work. The employee had to take pictures of me and the non working vape for the manager or owner. That was fine too. I opened the second and it seemed to work. But failed when reached home. Brought it back and no help. They claim no returns once you walk out. So I spent damn near $30 for a non working item. Terrible service and will never go back. Please don't ever tell me how to respond or review. I bought the item and it did not work after I left the store. None of those things you pointed out happened. For you to even try to devalue my experience is truly a testament to your poor customer service. The only thing positive about this situation is the fact that your employee apologized for not being able to help me. You got $27.99 from me, but I guarantee not a penny more.

Sold me wrapped product missing all items minus the intruction book and charging cable. Took it back within 15 minutes of opening the box. No help at all. Said it was nothing they can do as if they are not responsible for the products they sell. Not a trustworthy place. My credit card has protections and I will be refunded, but I will never go back to this place.
