Love this store! Good quality items. I love that they have banned over 250 harmful synthetic ingredients from their stores and is informing the publuc about composting etc.. Keep up the great work!!!!

Perfect little store, affordable prices, reasonable workers!!! I couldn't ask for more, even if I wanted! Please keep on being a source of blessing and may everyone who works at and manages this place continue to keep up the good work! Everything is well thought out and you are one of the only retailers I have found that carries my favorite nut-cheese (Lisanatti almond cheese)!!! I was visiting Woodbridge, VA as a vegan lady trucker to deliver to one of the retail stores within the plaza when I was oh so grateful to come across your store!

So disappointed and appalled by the treatment I have received at this store. I’ve been shopping at other Mom’s for years without any issues. But sadly the Woodbridge location is terrible, multiple times the fresh produce & meats have expired overnight after purchase (way before the expiry dotes), I have been harassed/talked down to when trying to return items, and then when I said I have my own bags and will bag my items to the cashier/possible manager, she rolled her eyes and asked why - I stated that I have had my produce dented & mishandled when they bagged last time and for $300-400 worth of groceries for my family I will be bagging them. Then today as I was leaving that same cashier said something about me to another employee and signaled in my direction ?? I have never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe and will not be returning in addition I have contacted corporate to discuss the severe lack in quality control for food and the treatment from staff. Unfortunately there are several other reviews that reflect similar things that I have from this location and it has ruined my longtime love for Moms Market, I can no longer trust them or their products.

I love Mom’s Organic, but this week I had food poison from a smoke Salmon… I had bought that same day… it was the most horrible experience, they need to be extremely careful with all this types of fresh products… &”cashiers suggest that I could have gotten sick from something else” I told her that all my grocery’s comes from this place 😴

Mom's, How do I love thee? Let me count the ways! Outside of the stellar customer service Mom's employees provide, what I love most about this organic market is that they are one of the few (if only) grocer in the DM(V) that sells Certified Humane meat from local farmers that go through a rigorous process to get the certification. I have become more conscious about the food I consume. While I'm no vegan, since I eat meat, I care about how the food I consume was handled and treated during it's incarnation (or lifetime). Energy is energy. I don't care to consume anything from an animal that was not humanely treated. My temple deserves better. Mom's creates space in a competing market where we are flooded with food that is mishandled in various different ways with food that is handled humanely and with care and for that I am most grateful. What I also love is how the store is always clean. I have never seen a spill in isle 9 that I had to notify management about. The produce is always beautifully presented. Everything is! It's a beautiful store to shop in and experience. If you have questions about anything, an employee is always readily available to help. They don't go and send you to find whatever you're looking for yourself, they walk with you and oftentimes they will go get it themselves. That level of customer service anywhere is almost obsolete. What I love most about Mom's is how they aren't just another business looking to exploit its customers with inflating prices for goods not worth their price tag, no. Mom's is an embedded member of the community and they act as such. Whether it's their recycling program or their pledge to their employees to provide a fair wage. They care and it is reflected in everything they do. I really cannot say enough about Mom's. If I had to complain about anything, I'd say, I wish there were more of them. Do yourself a favor and shop Mom's today!
