Worst customer service ever, no one acknowledged me when I walked in, or asked I needed help. While I was checking out I greeted the lady at the front counter and said a friendly “hello” she completed ignored me. Super rude 😂💀 like GIRL 😂 it’s not that deep, if you don’t like it don’t work there lol.

Good amount of selection, was able to find some things for a decent deal. However, while I was in there, I witnessed an employee constantly open-mouth coughing everywhere in the store, even on the products themselves when they were standing by it, and that made me really disgusted. That employee should have some decorum and consideration for other people’s health, given they are working at a “health” store. It’s really unfortunate that they have to work when they’re sick but is it that hard to either put on a mask or use their elbow when they’re constantly coughing their lungs out?

Great location. Big store. They have more than I've seen at other vitamin shoppe's. The service was fantastic. I really like the staff here. It will be my go-to location.

This was my first time visiting this place and I was very, very unimpressed with the customer service. I’m not sure who the tall woman with the glasses is, but she’s very ignorant, unintelligent and very misinformed. I came there today to buy a product and the first thing she does is bad mouth the product, claiming what it’s for and what’s in it. I explained to her the key ingredient that she said was in the product wasn’t in it, but she continued to insist that it was a “hidden” ingredient. Why would a company disclose and “hide” an ingredient that’s not only expensive to extract, also expensive to attain and manufacture? I mean she was so misinformed that she didn’t even realize that Vitamin Shoppe actually sells this “hidden” ingredient separately for nearly $80 for 10 ounce bottle. Sheesh, I will never step foot into this VS ever again so as long as that woman works there.

Absolutely the BEST place to get all your vitamins and health needs Love the store. Staff is so helpful, but especially, Scott, the manager. He always remembers me when I come in and makes time to come over and ask how I am. I'm a life long customer now, and I sincerely hope that Scott doesn't get transferred to another store, or I might just have to drive to that one.
